Having an account with Arteastic has a number of benefits. We will store your details in our database permanently so that you do not have to fill-in your shipping details every time you shop with us. You will be eligible for various promotional offers and discounts.
Please click on My Account or Sign In tabs on the top right corner with Arteastic homepage to create a new account for yourself. Once you create the account, you will get an email from us confirming that you are a registered customer of with Arteastic.
No. You can become a registered customer of with Arteastic free of any cost.

We offer only online payment option through CCAvenue Payment Gateway service, debit/credit card, NEFT. We don’t offer COD (Cash On Delivery) option. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further queries.

‘Handcrafted Traditions of the East’ - As our tagline suggests, Arteastic is a platform for bringing to our customers unique handicrafts from the East with the assurance of quality, innovation and craftsmanship. To do this in a manner that is sustainable and profitable and helps artisans thrive.
We source our products directly from the artisans. There are no middlemen involved. We visit the places of origin of the particular craft, develop relationships of mutual trust and respect with the craftsmen and procure authentic and genuine art from them.
No. Arteastic is not a marketplace. All the products are sold under the Arteastic brand only. We take great care in procuring quality and authentic crafts from the artisans ourselves. We choose the design, colour, material of each and every piece of product.
The details of each type of craft has been researched and documented with great care. We have met the artisans, visited their workshops and collected relevant information on the form of art. These are described and published on our blog.
Customization option is available for only certain products like stone carvings, hand-painted Sarees, bed spreads etc. You can check for the same on our website. You can send your query and design using the enquiry form and we would get back to you.

The specifications (height, length) are mentioned on the site along with the product picture. However, since all the products are hand-crafted, it is possible that the one delivered to you is very slightly different in design or colour since no two pieces of items that are hand-crafted can be exactly the same.
We will send you a confirmation Email for the same.
The approximate delivery time will be indicated to you once you select a product. It will be based on the shipping address and the product you have chosen (since packaging time differs from product to product).
We will provide regular updates on your order status via Email. You can also check the same on our web via ‘My Account -> My Orders’.
Arteastic promotes various discount offers from time to time.Based on your current or past purchase details, if you qualify for the same, Arteastic will either automatically offer you the discount at the time of check-out or intimate the same to you by sending you a notification by email and on your subsequent visit to our website.
You can use the discount coupon on your next purchase. Enter the coupon code just before making the payment and the discount will be applied.
