This saree is directly sourced from Shantiniketan,
West Bengal where it is hand-embroidered by the women, on pure Bishnupuri silk
base. This is a traditional design called 'Sujni Kantha stitch' where the
stiches run from top to bottom of the saree in a straight or wavy line. Heavy
‘Sujni’ style embroidery work has been done all over the body of the saree. The
aanchal looks particularly gorgeous with heavy traditional work with floral
design. Suitable for all kinds of events for elegant women of all ages.
