POLICY FOR BULK AND CUSTOMISED ORDERS

Bulk Orders

You can place bulk orders for corporate gifting or festival gifting purpose. Please write to us using our ‘Send Enquiry’ form  or at info@arteastic.in with your requirement. You can indicate the ‘SKU No’ of the Product and the quantity you are interested in. We will contact you directly through email and inform you about the total cost of the order, shipping cost, delivery time etc. for your purchase. Please note that we would need some lead time if the order quantity if high.

Customised Orders

Customization option is available for only certain products like stone carvings, hand-painted Sarees, bed spreads etc. You can check for the same on our website. You can send your query and design using the ‘Send Enquiry’ form  or write to us at info@arteastic.in and we would get back to you.

There could be a product in your mind which is not present on our website (e.g. a Pattachitra painting with a certain theme). Please send us the details using the ‘Send Enquiry’ form or write to us at info@arteastic.in . We will get back to you regarding whether we can source it especially for you.
