Exquisitely carved Lakshmi Narayan in green stone. Here Narayan and Lakshmi can be seen in abhay mudra, sitting on lotus seat, with gada and kalash in their hands respectively.

Carving on a 5 inch stone requires higher level of skill by the artisans. In this small statue, nothing has been missed out by the sculptor. 

This statue is carved out of the natural green stone found in Odisha. The different colour shades found on the statue are the natural colour shades of the stone. Since it is hand carved , there could be some inaccuracies, lack of symmetry and proportion, irregularities, and other aspects of human limitations.
